  1. All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
  2. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping is chargeable and calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight/volume.
  2. Courier charges are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.

3. Delivery Timeline

  1. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  2. Delivery times vary by location, generally 2–7 business days within India.
  3. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

  1. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
  2. You can track your shipment via the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Areas

  1. Currently, we deliver across India to serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners.
  2. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  1. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date) with proof for resolution.
